1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and PA777 ("PA777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the PA777 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at pa777.app and through the PA777 mobile application.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager on PA777, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing PA777 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You agree to comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations relating to online gaming.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on PA777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino gaming in the Philippines;
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of PA777, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by PA777 or by any regulatory authority.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. PA777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) — to verify your identity at any stage of your account lifecycle.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active PA777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your PA777 login credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your account;
• Notifying PA777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

PA777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from PA777 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

PA777 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to any other person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on PA777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). PA777 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at PA777's discretion.

With respect to deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;
• PA777 does not accept cash deposits or payments made via cryptocurrency;
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction;
• PA777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

With respect to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your PA777 account;
• PA777 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes stated on the PA777 platform, subject to verification requirements;
• PA777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

PA777 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, including those administered by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

PA777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the PA777 registration and identity verification process;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion;

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on PA777 — including live baccarat, slots, sports betting, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

PA777 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information section.

With respect to sports betting:

• All bets are accepted subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market;
• PA777 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity issues;
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game or betting event, PA777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.

PA777 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or betting market. Games and markets may be temporarily or permanently removed from the platform at PA777's discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PA777 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with PA777 games or betting markets;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to PA777 support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Using PA777 for money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine AML laws;
• Accessing PA777 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any third party to use your PA777 account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward PA777 staff or other players.

PA777 employs active monitoring and fraud detection systems. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited activities will be suspended immediately, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the PA777 platform — including but not limited to the PA777 name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of PA777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the PA777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any PA777 content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any PA777 software;
• Use PA777 trademarks or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

9 Privacy & Data

PA777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using PA777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PA777 is committed to protecting the personal data of Filipino players in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared as required by law or as necessary to provide PA777 services.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PA777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the PA777 platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the PA777 platform or any game or service thereon;
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues beyond PA777's reasonable control.

PA777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PA777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit PA777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Suspension & Termination

PA777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player;
• Direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in PA777's dormant account policy.

You may close your PA777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee as disclosed in PA777's fee schedule. PA777 will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any dormancy fee is applied.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of PA777, you agree to first contact PA777's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. PA777 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. PA777 also participates in the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR for licensed online gaming operators.

13 Amendments to These Terms

PA777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PA777 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the PA777 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of PA777 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using PA777 and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
